# Manage campaigns

> Review campaign priority, progress, destinations, and lead outcomes.

Open **Outbound** > **Campaigns** to review active work and drafts. Open a campaign for its plan, funnel, destination, and the stage of each lead.

## Understand priority

Campaigns run in priority order. A lead goes to the first campaign it fits and is not researched or messaged by two unfinished campaigns at once. Review priorities when audiences overlap.

A campaign's shared views define its audience. You cannot delete or make those views personal while the campaign uses them.

## Review status

Check whether a campaign is live, paused, or needs a destination. Open an individual lead to understand whether it is being researched, awaiting approval, queued for delivery, or finished.

If a destination is unavailable or archived, choose a valid destination before expecting delivery to continue.

## Change or pause work

Use **Change with the Agent** to discuss a campaign change. Review the resulting proposal before approving it. A started campaign shows its own delivery mode, sender, and steps; those settings may be read-only in the panel.

Use the available pause control when you want to stop further work. Inspect active lead and delivery statuses after pausing; a message already sent cannot be recalled by pausing the campaign.
