# Review and launch

> Inspect campaign tests and approve the audience, messages, and destination.

Review the campaign's test results before launching it. Open the campaign panel beside the Agent chat to inspect the audience, research, messages, steps, and destination.

## Review the test

Check whether the research supports each claim. Inspect missing or skipped results as well as usable drafts. Ask trax to revise the plan when it relies on the wrong audience, unsupported facts, or unsuitable wording.

A successful test does not mean a message was sent. Review the resulting preview and the campaign's next action.

## Launch the campaign

When the test finishes, open **Launch** and review:

* who will join the campaign
* leads excluded because another unfinished campaign holds them
* people contacted by a completed campaign before
* the selected sender or destination
* message steps and delivery mode

Confirm **Launch** only when these settings are correct. This is the campaign launch approval.

## Review messages that need approval

If the delivery mode requires approval, inspect leads in the campaign's review queue. Review each message and its scheduled step before choosing **Approve** or **Approve all**.

Approval allows the next work to proceed; delivery can still wait for sender availability, schedule, limits, or other eligibility conditions. Check each lead's status to confirm the outcome.
