# Connect Claude

> Authorize Claude to read traxy data and request supported actions.

Open **Integrations** > **Claude** in traxy and choose the app/browser or terminal instructions for your client.

## Connect with OAuth

1. Copy the MCP URL shown by traxy.
2. Add it as a remote custom connector in Claude using its available connector settings.
3. Start the connection and sign in to traxy when prompted.
4. Choose the default workspace and any additional workspaces.
5. Review the requested actions and approve the connection.
6. Return to Claude and confirm that the connector is available.

```text theme={null}
```

No traxy REST API key is required. For Claude Code, use the terminal setup shown in traxy's Claude integration page.

## Try a read first

Ask: “List my authorized traxy workspaces, then show five qualified leads from the workspace I select.”

Ask Claude to show proposed changes before applying actions or starting discovery. See [MCP tools](https://docs.traxy.ai/api-reference/mcp/tools.md) for the public capabilities.

If a workspace or tool is missing, review the authorization scope and your current role. Disconnect through the client's connector settings when you no longer need the connection.
