# HeyReach

> Route leads to HeyReach campaigns or lists and review delivery.

Connect HeyReach when you want leads to enter a HeyReach campaign or lead list.

## Connect HeyReach

1. Open **Integrations** > **HeyReach**.
2. Enter your HeyReach API key and connect.
3. Open **Routes** and choose a lead view.
4. Choose **Campaign** or **Lead list** and select the intended destination.
5. Review the delivery mode and save the route.

Complete the campaign's sequence and sender setup in HeyReach before relying on outreach there. A connected API key alone does not define a delivery destination.

## Choose the workflow

A route moves matching leads into the selected HeyReach destination. A traxy campaign can also use a HeyReach destination as part of its approved workflow. Review which workflow you are configuring before enabling automatic delivery.

HeyReach delivery needs a LinkedIn profile URL. Review the lead and delivery result if that information is missing.

## Review results

Use the integration's available performance information and per-lead delivery state. Sending a lead to HeyReach is different from HeyReach sending a message or receiving a reply.

Use [routing guidance](https://docs.traxy.ai/integrations/routes.md) for existing leads and paused routes. Disconnect and reconnect when you need to change the API key. Disconnecting does not remove existing HeyReach leads or campaigns.
