# Meta Ads

> Export qualified leads as an audience CSV for Meta Ads.

Use **Integrations** > **Meta Ads** to prepare a value-based audience CSV from eligible qualified leads.

## Prepare an export

1. Review the audience size and ICP match threshold in the app.
2. Select **New export** and inspect the audience snapshot.
3. Choose whether to use saved contact data or an available enrichment option.
4. Review contact eligibility and start the export.
5. Wait until the export is ready, then download the CSV.

Email and phone lookups follow your workspace's contact entitlements. More available identifiers can help matching, but lookup does not guarantee a contact result or a match in Meta.

## Use the file

Upload the CSV through the customer-list audience workflow in your Meta account. Follow Meta's current field mapping and audience requirements. Only use contacts you have permission to use for that purpose.

A completed traxy export means the file is ready. Meta processes and matches that file separately. Review its result before using the audience in advertising.

If the export fails, inspect the error and contact settings before retrying. Refresh the audience when your eligible lead data changes.
