# Contact details

> Find contact data, manage enrichment, and review saved details.

Open a lead to review saved work email, personal email, phone, and profile information before requesting another lookup.

## Find contact details

Choose the lookup action for email, phone, or both. Email lookup is included with eligible plan access. Phone lookup requires the phone add-on or an entitlement that includes it. Review the availability shown for your workspace.

A lookup is not a guarantee that a usable address or number exists. Check the saved result and its status before using it.

Contact lookup does not consume pipeline capacity or make the person a new qualified lead.

## Automatic enrichment

Review **Auto-Enrich** settings if you want contact lookup for newly qualified leads. Choose the contact types and eligibility shown in the app. Enabling it does not automatically look up every historical lead.

## Manually supplied details

You can ask trax to save contact details you provide. Review the proposed value before approving. Manually supplied details are saved as unverified, and enrichment does not overwrite them.

## Export or send contacts

Review the selected fields and destination before exporting or routing leads. Public API and MCP access to contacts requires the appropriate [contact scope](https://docs.traxy.ai/api-reference/authentication.md).
