# Review qualified leads

> Understand each lead and choose the next step for your team.

Open **Leads** to review qualified people in your workspace. Start with the lead's role, current company, ICP match, and recorded signal.

## Choose a view

Use the built-in views to distinguish active work, clients, snoozed leads, completed work, and bad fits. Apply filters for the audience you need, then [save a view](https://docs.traxy.ai/leads/saved-views.md) if you will reuse it.

Search and filters affect which results you see. Check active filters and the selected workspace when a lead appears to be missing.

## Inspect a lead

Open the lead to review its overview, signals, details, and activity. Check the source and date of recorded evidence before referencing it in outreach.

[Contact details](https://docs.traxy.ai/leads/contact-details.md) show saved contact information and lookup actions. [Notes and assignments](https://docs.traxy.ai/leads/team-work.md) help members coordinate the next step.

## Classify your work

* Use fit feedback to explain whether the lead matches your ICP.
* Use **Snooze** when you want to return later.
* Use **Done** when the work is complete.
* Use **Client** for an existing customer.

Moving a lead to **Done** does not change its fit score. Restore it to active work when needed. These actions are separate from [Do not contact](https://docs.traxy.ai/outreach/do-not-contact.md).

## Act on an audience

Use the table-header selection control to choose all matching leads, the current page, or the first number of leads in the list’s current order. Check the filters and sort before choosing the first results. Use **Clear selection** to start again.

Select leads for supported bulk actions, [export them](https://docs.traxy.ai/leads/exports-and-recovery.md), [send them to an integration](https://docs.traxy.ai/integrations/routes.md), or use a saved audience in a [campaign](https://docs.traxy.ai/campaigns/create.md). Check the selection and destination before confirming.
