# Filter and save audiences

> Create personal or shared lead views for review, campaigns, and routing.

Use a saved view when you want to return to the same audience without rebuilding its filters.

1. Open **Leads** and choose a built-in or saved view from its menu. When that menu is hidden, use the view picker above the table.
2. Add filters for the people, companies, signals, or workflow state you need.
3. Review the matching leads.
4. Choose **New view** or **Save as new view**, give it a recognizable name, and choose its sharing setting.

A saved view keeps filter configuration, not a frozen list of people. Its results change as leads and their data change. Table columns and temporary search text are separate from the saved audience.

A view saved while a post's lead scope is selected keeps that post scope. Check the post banner before saving or clearing it.

The page heading identifies the open view. A **Filtered** badge indicates changed filters; it does not mean those changes have been saved.

Use the menu beside a saved view to **Edit**, **Duplicate**, or **Delete** it. Shared and personal views appear in separate groups.

## Personal and shared views

Personal views are visible to their creator. Shared views are available to the workspace, and members can update their name and filters. Only the creator can change a shared view back to personal.

Use **Save as new view** or duplicate a view when you want a separate audience. If another member has changed a shared view, reload its current version before applying your edit.

## Use a view elsewhere

Campaigns and integration routes can use shared views. Selecting your personal view for a route shares it when you save the route.

You cannot delete or make a view personal while a campaign or integration route depends on it. Remove that dependency first. Deleting a view does not delete its leads.
