# Sender accounts

> Connect LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes for outreach in traxy.

Open **Settings** > **Sender accounts** to connect the accounts your workspace uses for outreach. You can also ask trax to help connect a sender.

## Connect an account

1. Choose **Add sender** and the available account type.
2. Choose the sender name the account belongs to.
3. Complete the connection flow. If sign-in opens in another tab, finish there and return to traxy.
4. Confirm that the account appears as connected.
5. Review its controls before assigning it to outreach.

Accounts are grouped by sender name. A sequence using LinkedIn and email needs a sender name with both connected channels.

## Review sending controls

Review the stored limits, active hours, and ramp-up controls available for the account. The app shows the values that apply to that sender; a campaign does not bypass them.

For email, review the sender signature. Sequence and one-off emails include it when present. LinkedIn messages do not use the email signature.

## Reconnect or remove

Reconnect an account when its connection needs attention. Confirm the intended workspace and sender name before completing sign-in.

Before removing a sender, check campaigns and sequences that use it. Removal or disconnection can prevent future messages from being sent. It does not retract messages already delivered.
