# Refund Policy

> How free trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for traxy workspaces.

## Free trial

Every new traxy workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. You can explore the platform during the trial, and you won't be charged until it ends.

## Trial-ending reminder

We'll email you **2 days before your trial ends**. The email tells you the date your trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.

## No refunds after the trial

When your trial ends and your paid subscription starts, **all payments are final and non-refundable**.

## Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from **Settings → Billing**. Cancelling stops future charges. Your workspace keeps its access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
