# Account and security

> Manage your profile, sign-in settings, and workspace context.

Open **Settings** > **Profile** to review your personal information. Use **Security** for the sign-in controls available to your account.

## Replay the product tour

On a desktop-sized screen, choose **Replay tour** under **Product tour** in your profile settings. It opens a walkthrough of the areas available to you. You can also start it from **Help** > **Product tour**.

## Keep access current

Use the email address and sign-in method associated with your account. If password controls are unavailable for your sign-in method, follow the recovery options offered by that provider.

When an invitation or verification link expires, request a fresh link rather than repeatedly opening the expired one.

## Check the workspace

Before changing shared settings, confirm the workspace name. Switching workspaces changes the leads and configuration you are working with. It does not move leads or campaigns between workspaces.

Ask an admin to review your role if an action is unavailable. For connected tools, review their authorization separately; removing a tool connection and changing a member's workspace role are different actions.
