# Members and workspaces

> Manage invitations, roles, and shared workspace context.

Use the workspace switcher to choose the workspace you intend to work in. Leads, targeting, campaigns, and integrations belong to that workspace.

## Invite members

An admin can invite members through the sidebar invitation action or **Settings** > **Team**. Review the email address and role before sending the invitation.

Use the team screen to inspect invitations and active members. Change or remove access when responsibilities change.

## Understand permissions

Members with product access can work with shared leads and targeting. Billing changes and API-key management require the appropriate billing or admin permission. The app disables actions your current role cannot perform.

A connected MCP client also checks the permissions granted during authorization and your current workspace role. Its permissions are documented [separately](https://docs.traxy.ai/api-reference/authentication.md).

## Create another workspace

Use the workspace menu when you need separate targeting and lead data. Additional-workspace eligibility depends on paid access. If you are in a trial, review the offered options to finish it or activate paid access before continuing.

## Keep company context accurate

Open **Settings** > **Company** to review company and product information. Use **Lead criteria** and **Signals** for targeting changes rather than creating another workspace for every small adjustment.
