Connect HeyReach when you want leads to enter a HeyReach campaign or lead list.

Connect HeyReach

  1. Open Integrations > HeyReach.
  2. Enter your HeyReach API key and connect.
  3. Open Routes and choose a lead view.
  4. Choose Campaign or Lead list and select the intended destination.
  5. Review the delivery mode and save the route.
Complete the campaign’s sequence and sender setup in HeyReach before relying on outreach there. A connected API key alone does not define a delivery destination.

Choose the workflow

A route moves matching leads into the selected HeyReach destination. A traxy campaign can also use a HeyReach destination as part of its approved workflow. Review which workflow you are configuring before enabling automatic delivery. HeyReach delivery needs a LinkedIn profile URL. Review the lead and delivery result if that information is missing.

Review results

Use the integration’s available performance information and per-lead delivery state. Sending a lead to HeyReach is different from HeyReach sending a message or receiving a reply. Use routing guidance for existing leads and paused routes. Disconnect and reconnect when you need to change the API key. Disconnecting does not remove existing HeyReach leads or campaigns.
