A route connects one audience to one destination. Use separate routes when different lead views should go to different channels, endpoints, campaigns, or lists.

Add a route

  1. Connect the integration and open its Routes tab.
  2. Select Add route.
  3. Choose All leads or a saved view.
  4. Select the destination: a Slack channel, webhook endpoint, or HeyReach campaign or list.
  5. Choose Auto or Manual delivery. For automatic delivery, review the ICP match threshold.
  6. Review the destination and save.
Selecting your personal view shares it with the workspace when the route is saved. A view used by a route cannot be deleted or made personal until you remove the route’s dependency.

Understand automatic delivery

Automatic routes apply to leads entering the audience from that point onward. Saving or editing a route does not send every lead already in the view. Send existing leads manually when needed. The route threshold controls delivery to that destination. It does not change qualification or pipeline capacity.

Send manually

Select the intended leads in Leads, open Send to, and choose the named route. Check the channel, endpoint, campaign, or list before confirming. A queued result means the request was accepted for delivery. Inspect the result to distinguish queued, delivered, and failed work.

Pause, resume, or delete

Use the route menu to pause or resume delivery. A route can also pause after repeated failures. Fix the connection or receiving system before resuming. Deleting a route stops future routing. Leads already sent remain in the receiving system. Disabling or disconnecting the integration can stop all of its routes.
