Use a campaign to apply a research or messaging plan to a lead audience. Campaign actions depend on your workspace’s access and plan. If Campaigns shows an access or upgrade message, resolve it before trying to launch.

Describe the campaign

  1. Open Outbound > Campaigns and select Create campaign, or start in trax.
  2. Describe your audience, offer, and desired outcome.
  3. Identify the shared lead view you want to use, or review the proposed audience.
  4. Explain the research facts or message context you need.
  5. Review the plan and answer any questions about missing information.
For example: “Use our shared founder view. Research how each company handles outbound, then draft a short LinkedIn introduction based on the evidence.”

Choose what happens to results

A campaign can use the available integration, HeyReach, or sequence destination. Review the named destination, sender, and delivery mode. Research-only work does not require you to invent an outreach message. Connecting a sender or destination is separate from authorizing launch. Use Sender accounts or Integrations to complete setup.

Test before launching

Ask trax to test the plan and inspect the results. A test prepares research and previews without sending outreach. Continue with Review and launch when the sample meets your requirements.
