If you are seeing little or no qualified lead activity, work through these checks in order.
1. Check whether processing is still running
After onboarding, traxy needs time to process recent activity and match it against your ICP.
Start with:
- Dashboard for overall progress
- Agent for automated profile-scan status
- Leads for newly added people
- Post Signals for post-level review
- Watchlist for monitored profile status
If you recently changed your ICP or qualified a post, give the workspace time to refresh.
2. Review your ICP
An ICP that is too narrow is the most common reason for low lead volume.
Review:
- people criteria such as job titles, departments, seniority, and locations
- company criteria such as size, industry, revenue, funding, and keywords
If engagement exists but qualified leads do not, broaden one field at a time and monitor the results.
3. Check your fit threshold
If your workspace uses a high ICP match threshold, borderline matches may never become qualified leads.
If your role allows it, reduce the threshold slightly and watch whether lead volume improves without hurting quality.
4. Check source activity
Low posting volume or low engagement can also limit lead discovery.
Look for these dashboard patterns:
- no posts analyzed
- low engagement
- engagement without qualified leads
Use Post Signals to search tracked posts, widen the time range, or qualify a LinkedIn post URL directly when appropriate.
You can also use the sidebar lead-discovery actions to track a profile, score a LinkedIn URL, or pick from recent activity.
5. Check Agent and Watchlist
Open Agent and check whether it is active, paused, blocked by credits, or still running.
If Agent is paused, check the daily credit budget, next run, trial status, and plan usage.
If you rely on Watchlist, confirm at least one profile is active in Monitor. The free initial discovery and required trailing-five monitoring show their state in Watchlist and Post Signals.
6. Check credits
Trial workspaces use the trial limits shown in the app. Paid workspaces use the credits and billing rules shown in Billing & Plans.
If credits are exhausted or billing is paused, lead discovery actions may be limited.
Open Billing & Plans and confirm the workspace has credits and active plan access.
7. Confirm your downstream setup
If leads exist in traxy but are not reaching Slack or your Webhook, the issue may be in delivery rather than qualification.
Check:
- Slack channel selection
- Slack app access to private channels
- trigger status
- Webhook endpoint configuration
- test delivery results
If you are getting engagement but not enough qualified leads, start by widening your ICP before you change your publishing strategy.
