Use Settings > Do not contact to review outreach suppression. Choose email or LinkedIn, enter the email address or profile identifier requested by the form, and add the entry. You can also upload a CSV with kind,value columns. Use EMAIL for email addresses and LINKEDIN for LinkedIn entries. Review the file before uploading it so the type and value match the contact you intend to suppress. Suppression affects outreach eligibility. Unsubscribe requests and hard bounces also stop active outreach. Check the suppression reason before deciding whether a record should be removed.

Choose the right action

Removing a suppression is not approval to resend an earlier message. Review the person’s current sequence and conversation before starting new outreach.
