Answers to common public user questions about traxy.
What is a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is a person whose LinkedIn engagement or Agent profile matches your workspace ICP at or above the minimum match.
What is a qualified engagement?
Qualified engagement is engagement from people who meet your workspace fit criteria closely enough to matter for lead qualification.
Why did credits change even when I did not get new qualified leads?
Most qualification credits settle when traxy saves a successful result. Agent is different: after the trial allowance, it uses credits for each unique profile scanned in the billing window, even when the person does not become a qualified lead.
Where do I update my ICP?
You can update your ICP during onboarding or later in ICP Configuration from the main app navigation.
Why is Slack connected but not sending alerts?
Slack notifications stay disabled until you select a channel and enable the trigger. If you chose a private channel and it does not appear in the channel list, invite the traxy Slack app to that channel with /invite @traxy before you test it.
What does the Webhook integration do?
Webhook sends qualified lead events from traxy to your endpoint so another system can receive and act on them.
How are Zapier, Clay, and n8n different from Webhook?
Zapier, Clay, and n8n use the same signed webhook delivery model, but each has its own integration page, connection state, and manual send option.
What does the Ordinal integration do?
Ordinal uses a dedicated traxy integration key. Generate the key from Integrations > Ordinal, then paste it into the traxy integration inside Ordinal.
Why is auto-send not delivering older leads?
Auto-send only applies to leads that qualify after it is enabled. Use manual delivery from the leads table if you want to send existing leads.
Why did HubSpot skip a lead?
HubSpot can skip records when your settings say to ignore contacts without an email, contacts without a company, or missing CRM records. Review the HubSpot integration settings before retrying.
Do MCP clients need API keys?
No. Connect from Integrations > Claude or Integrations > Codex. Both use OAuth. API keys are for direct REST access.
Why am I not getting repeat engagement alerts?
Repeat engagement alerts only send when the integration trigger, auto-send, and Send repeat engagement from qualified leads are all enabled.
Can I use more than one webhook-style integration?
Yes. Each workspace can configure Webhook, Zapier, Clay, and n8n separately.
Why can I not qualify a post?
The post may have no engagement, qualification data may still be refreshing, or your workspace may not have enough credits for the action.
What happens when the workspace runs out of credits?
New credit-funded qualification, enrichment, and Agent work cannot start. Existing saved leads remain available. Work can resume after the monthly credit window resets or the plan changes.
Can I work across multiple workspaces?
Yes. If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to move between them.
Where do I manage excluded companies?
Open Settings > Blocklist to add or remove company domains that should not appear as future leads.
Where do I manage billing and usage settings?
Open Settings > Billing for subscription tasks, credit usage, payment methods, invoices, and plan changes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
A workspace owner or admin should open Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription, select Cancel Plan, and complete the cancellation in Stripe. Review the effective date before confirming. See Cancel a subscription.
