traxy evaluates people against your lead criteria and records the available signal context. Qualified leads become visible when your workspace can receive them.

Understand fit

Qualification requires the workspace’s criteria and a successful ICP match of at least 50%. Filtering for a higher score narrows your visible results; it does not change the qualification threshold. Signal strength and ICP match answer different questions. Check both the person’s fit and the evidence behind the lead before contacting them.

Understand discovery sources

  • Agent runs discover people from your targeting and signals.
  • Tracked profiles surface people through relevant post activity.
  • Tracked posts let you request discovery for a particular LinkedIn post.
The same person can have several recorded signals without becoming several new leads.

Give feedback

Use Good fit or Bad fit and explain the reason. Feedback records your judgment; it does not directly rewrite the person’s score. Review proposed targeting changes separately. Actions such as Done, Snooze, and Client organize work. They are separate from fit feedback.

Understand capacity

A person uses pipeline capacity when first delivered as a visible qualified lead in your workspace. Rediscovery, additional signals, export, enrichment, or restoring that lead do not count the person again. When capacity is reached, new lead discovery pauses. Review pipeline capacity for what continues and how discovery resumes.
