Open Targeting and choose People, Posts, or Companies under Tracking. Use New or its menu to track a profile, post, or company.

Track a profile

  1. Open People and choose Track profile from the New menu.
  2. Paste its LinkedIn URL and verify the result.
  3. Choose the relationship, such as competitor, teammate, influencer, investor, or custom.
  4. Review and confirm the profile.
The initial discovery checks recent posts for new qualified leads. Those leads use your workspace’s pipeline capacity. Adding the same profile again does not create another initial discovery. For active profiles, ongoing monitoring follows a managed window of the five most recent posts published after the profile was added. Use a specific post request for older posts outside that window.

Track a post

Open Posts to inspect posts and their qualified leads. Choose Track post from the New menu and paste a LinkedIn post URL. Before confirming Find leads, review the candidate scope. Candidate counts describe people to evaluate, not a guaranteed number of qualified leads. Processing may take time; inspect the result before submitting the same request again.

Track a company

Open Companies and choose Track company from the New menu. Review the company and relationship before confirming. Keep company tracking separate from the people you track individually.

Review and manage tracking

Filter profiles by relationship or status. Open a profile or post to review its activity and qualified leads. Pause or remove a profile when you no longer want it monitored; use the available restore or resume action when appropriate. Counts across several posts can include the same person more than once. Use Leads to review the people themselves. If no qualified leads appear, check qualification, profile activity, and capacity.
