Every new traxy workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. You can explore the platform during the trial, and you won’t be charged until it ends.

Trial-ending reminder

We’ll email you 2 days before your trial ends. The email tells you the date your trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.

No refunds after the trial

When your trial ends and your paid subscription starts, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges. Your workspace keeps its access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
