Qualification decides whether a person should become a lead in your workspace. traxy combines your active ICP, minimum match, company exclusions, and a supported discovery signal. It saves the person as a qualified lead when the result meets the workspace rules.

What traxy evaluates

Your ICP describes the people and companies you want:
  • job titles
  • departments
  • seniority
  • locations
  • company size
  • industries
  • revenue
  • funding
  • keywords and niches
  • company or product summary
The Minimum ICP match on Dashboard decides how strong the match must be. Raising it makes qualification stricter. Lowering it includes more borderline matches.

Where qualified leads come from

Agent

Agent scans profiles that match the approved ICP. It saves the people who meet the current qualification rules.

Watchlist and Post Signals

Watchlist and Post Signals evaluate people who like, comment on, or repost a monitored LinkedIn post. Watchlist runs one free initial discovery when you first add a profile. It then manages a required sliding window of the five most recent posts published after the profile was added. Manual Find Leads can qualify another LinkedIn post after traxy reserves the required credits.

What prevents a lead

A person does not enter the active lead list when:
  • the ICP match is below the workspace minimum
  • the person’s company domain is on the Blocklist
  • the person is already handled by deduplication
  • required qualification access or credits are unavailable
  • you previously moved the lead to another workflow state
Existing Clients, Snooze, Done, and Bad fit leads stay in their respective views. traxy does not create another active copy of the same person.

Give qualification feedback

Use Mark as good fit or Mark as bad fit in Leads. Select the applicable reasons and add a note when context matters. This feedback helps traxy improve later qualification. Mark as done, Snooze lead, and Mark as client are workflow actions. They do not mean the ICP score was wrong.

Understand credit settlement

Most qualification uses 1 credit for each unique billable profile in the current billing window. Repeated engagement from the same person is deduplicated for that window. Manual post requests reserve the exact available credits before work starts. The final settlement reflects the unique profiles that produced billable results. Agent uses a different rule after its trial allowance. It charges each unique profile scanned in the billing window, even when that profile does not become a qualified lead. Contact enrichment is separate from qualification:
  • a newly saved email uses 3 credits
  • a newly saved phone number uses 5 credits

Review the result

Open a lead to review its ICP match, qualification summary, source, and engagement history. Use those details before you classify, enrich, export, or route the lead.
