Blocklist - traxy docs

Use Blocklist when you want traxy to exclude future leads from specific companies.

Add a company domain

Open Settings > Blocklist.
Enter the company domain you want to exclude.
Save the domain.

You can also add a company to the Blocklist from a company hover card in Leads.

What happens after you add a domain

After you add a domain, future leads from that company stop appearing in your workspace. Use this for companies that are already customers, competitors, internal entities, or accounts your team does not want in the active lead flow.

Manage blocked domains

Use Settings > Blocklist to search, review, and remove blocked domains. If you remove a domain, future lead discovery can include that company again when its engagement matches your ICP.
