Review the summary

The summary cards show:
  • Qualified Posts
  • Total Leads from Posts
  • Avg ICP Match
  • Top Performing Account
Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or All time before comparing results.

Search and filter posts

You can:
  • search post text
  • switch between List and Grid
  • sort by date, processing activity, qualification activity, lead count, average ICP match, or engagement
  • filter by qualification status
  • filter by Auto-Scan
  • set a minimum average ICP match
Remove filters or widen the time range if a post you expect is not in the current result.

Find leads from one post

Click Find Leads on a post with engagement. The dialog can show a provisional range while traxy prepares an exact quote. When you continue, traxy obtains a ready quote and reserves the required credits before the request begins. If the exact quote exceeds the workspace balance, the request does not start. traxy does not create unpaid usage. People already charged for the same billable qualification window are deduplicated before settlement. The final credit use can therefore be lower than the raw engagement count.

Find leads from a LinkedIn URL

Use the post URL action when a post is not already in your feed:
  1. Click Qualify Post.
  2. Paste the LinkedIn post URL.
  3. Review the resolved post.
  4. Review the exact credit requirement.
  5. Click Find Leads.
traxy starts only after the post resolves and the credit reservation succeeds.

Find leads from several posts

In list view, select the posts and open the batch action. Every selected post needs a ready exact quote. traxy reserves the entire batch together. If the full reservation cannot succeed, none of the selected requests start.

Understand Auto-Scan

For an active Watchlist profile, traxy automatically manages a sliding window of the five most recent posts published after you added the profile. This trailing-five window is required. You cannot disable or shrink it. When a newer post enters the window, the oldest post leaves it. Posts outside the managed window can still use manual Find Leads. An editable Auto-Scan setting on another post does not replace or expand the required Watchlist window.

Understand the free initial discovery

The first time you add a Watchlist profile, traxy starts one free initial discovery:
  • it freezes up to five recent posts available at add time
  • it stops after finding five new qualified leads or examining the full frozen window
  • pausing or removing the profile suspends that same discovery
  • restoring the profile resumes it
  • adding the same profile again does not create another free discovery
While that discovery is running, manual Find Leads and enabling an editable Auto-Scan setting for the profile are unavailable. Post Signals shows the current preparation or discovery status.

Open a post to see its performance and qualified leads. Follow a lead into Leads when you are ready to review, enrich, classify, or route the person.
