Understand the first discovery
A profile’s first successful addition creates one free initial discovery. traxy freezes up to five recent posts and examines them until it finds five new qualified leads or reaches the end of the frozen window. The discovery belongs to the profile:- adding a duplicate does not create another discovery
- restoring a removed profile does not create another discovery
- pausing or removing the profile suspends it
- resuming or restoring the profile continues the same discovery
Understand ongoing qualification
After you add a profile, traxy manages the five most recent posts published from that point forward. This is a sliding trailing-five window. It is always on for active Watchlist monitoring and cannot be disabled or reduced. Already examined posts process only new, deduplicated engagement. Use manual Find Leads in Post Signals for a post outside the managed window.Use tabs and summary cards
Use All Profiles, Competitors, Teammates, Influencers, Investors, and Custom to narrow the table. The summary cards show:- All Profiles Monitored
- Qualified Posts
- Engagements
- Qualified leads
Review the table
Each row can show the profile, relationship, company, qualified posts, qualified leads, CPL, state, and date added. CPL means credits used per qualified lead in the current billing window. Open a profile to review:- audience ICP match
- qualified posts and leads
- credits used in the current billing window
- recent top leads
- tracked posts and qualification status
