Use Leads to work with the people traxy qualified from Agent, Watchlist, and post activity.

Use the lead views

traxy separates leads into five views:
  • Active Leads for people ready for review or outreach
  • Clients for people you identify as customers
  • Snooze for people you want to revisit later
  • Done for outreach or review work you completed
  • Bad fit for people who should not count as a fit
Done does not change the lead’s ICP match or fit feedback. It removes the person from active lead results in the app, API, and connected AI clients. Move the lead back to Active Leads when you want to resume work.

Search and filter

Use search, ICP match, intent, relationship strength, owner, monitored profile, post source, and engagement filters to narrow the list. Advanced Filters adds people, company, date, and delivery criteria. Use it when you need a repeatable segment for review, export, or routing. If your workspace has more than one profile scope, choose the scope before you compare counts or export results.

Review a lead

Open a lead to review:
  • the qualification summary
  • ICP match
  • engagement history
  • source profile and post
  • fit feedback and notes
  • saved contact data
  • delivery status
Use Edit Columns to keep the table focused on the fields your workflow needs.

Use quick actions

You can act from the table or lead detail:
  • Mark as client
  • Snooze lead
  • Mark as done
  • Mark as good fit
  • Mark as bad fit
Good-fit and bad-fit actions accept preset reasons and a note. traxy uses this feedback to improve future qualification. You can apply supported actions to selected leads in bulk. Marking a lead as done is reversible.

Enrich contact data

Use enrichment when you need a saved email, phone number, or both. Owners and admins can also configure Auto-Enrich for newly qualified leads at or above a selected ICP match. Auto-Enrich applies to future qualified leads, not older posts or leads. Credits settle only when traxy finds and saves new contact data:
  • email enrichment uses 3 credits
  • phone enrichment uses 5 credits
If the contact data is already saved, read it from the lead instead of enriching it again.

Export or send leads

Select leads to export the columns your workflow needs. You can also send a lead to a configured Slack, HubSpot, Webhook, Zapier, Clay, n8n, or HeyReach destination. Automatic delivery applies to leads that qualify after you enable it. Send older leads manually.

Exclude a company

Use the company hover card to add a company domain to Blocklist. Future leads from that domain no longer enter your workspace. Manage exclusions in Settings > Blocklist.
When the workspace has no credits left, new credit-funded qualification and enrichment requests pause or fail until the monthly credit window resets or the plan changes. Existing saved leads remain available.
