Use ICP Configuration when you want to improve lead quality, widen lead volume, or adapt traxy to a new market.
What you can edit
traxy splits ICP criteria into two parts:
- People Criteria for the individual you want to reach
- Company Criteria for the company you want to target
People criteria
Use People Criteria to define the kind of person who should count as a fit.
The current public fields are:
- Job Titles
- Departments
- Seniority Level
- Locations
Company criteria
Use Company Criteria to define the kind of company that should count as a fit.
The current public fields are:
- Company Size
- Industries
- Revenue
- Funding
- Keywords & Niches
- Company / Product Summary
traxy can prefill Company / Product Summary from your company context. Review it, edit it if needed, and confirm it when you want clearer buyer-fit scoring during qualification and enrichment.
Update your ICP safely
Make small changes and then watch the results in Dashboard, Leads, and Post Signals.
- narrow your ICP when you are getting too many weak fits
- broaden your ICP when engagement exists but qualified leads stay low
- change one field at a time when you want cleaner feedback on what improved
When to revisit it
Revisit ICP Configuration when:
- your team changes who it wants to target
- your content is attracting attention from the wrong audience
- you move into a new segment or geography
- lead quality changes after a campaign or content shift
Your ICP and your workspace threshold work together. If lead quality is close but volume is low, review both your ICP and your current dashboard threshold before making a bigger change.
